We are seeking a detail-oriented
After-Sales Operations Administrator
to support our post-sale processes with a focus on operational efficiency, technical administration, and process control. This role is ideal for someone who excels in managing data, tracking orders, overseeing workflows, and ensuring smooth execution of all after-sales activities. The position is primarily technical and administrative, providing essential back-office support to maintain high service levels and customer satisfaction after the sale is made.
Key Responsibilities
- Order Fulfillment Tracking:
Monitor and manage post-sale order status, from confirmation through delivery and follow-up, ensuring timely and accurate fulfillment.
- Sales & Customer Data Administration
: Maintain accurate post-sale records in ERP systems, including customer details, delivery updates, service logs, and transaction history.
- Documentation & Contract Support
: Handle documentation related to deliveries, warranty, returns, repairs, and service agreements.
- Inventory Coordination
: Work with inventory and logistics teams to ensure availability and timely dispatch of parts, replacements, and service items.
- Issue Resolution & Escalation Support
: Assist in resolving customer issues related to deliveries, returns, or post-sale service, coordinating with relevant departments.
- Process Monitoring & Improvement
: Identify inefficiencies in after-sales workflows and assist in implementing process improvements.
- Compliance & Quality Control
: Ensure adherence to company policies, warranty conditions, and customer commitments in the after-sales stage.
- Interdepartmental Collaboration
: Coordinate closely with logistics, finance and sales teams to ensure seamless post-sale operations.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in after-sales support, operations, or process control.
- Familiarity with CRM and ERP systems.
- Strong proficiency in data handling and workflow tracking tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience in aviation, logistics, or technical service environments is a plus.
- Fluent in English (reading, writing and speaking)
- Quick and eager learner with high work ethics
