Business Development Manager – Recruitment – Israel (Hybrid)
Our client is a leading global recruitment and headhunting firm with extensive experience in global management, consultancy, and finance across major international business centers.
The firm specializes in providing global recruitment and executive headhunting solutions, focusing on finding and matching the right people to organizations that need their skill sets. The professional team operates across key business regions worldwide. The company prides itself on collaborating closely with its clients, acting as partners to share knowledge, expertise, and comprehensive recruitment capabilities.
We are seeking a motivated Business Development/Sales Hunter, to find and meet with key decision makers within global companies in Israel to increase the business scope and client base.
Key Responsibilities:
- The Business Development Manager will be a key driver of company growth, responsible for expanding the client base and increasing new business volume.
- Client Acquisition: Proactively identify, target, and acquire new corporate clients to significantly increase recruitment positions and firm revenue.
- Strategy & Planning: Develop and execute a strategic plan for business development, including creating and managing a targeted list of potential client organizations.
- Hybrid Engagement: Maintain a hybrid work model, requiring significant travel (approximately 50% of the time) within Israel (primarily the Tel Aviv area) for face-to-face client meetings and presentations.
- Relationship Building: Establish and nurture strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers within client organizations, specifically within Human Resources (HR) departments.
- Market Insight: Stay informed about market trends, competitive landscapes, and the unique challenges faced by organizations recruiting senior and remote talent globally.
- Sales Process Management: Manage the full sales cycle from initial outreach to contract negotiation and closing deals, ensuring a smooth transition to the delivery team.
Requirements:
- MUST: A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in Business Development or Sales for a Recruitment or Outsourcing company or experience selling HR Technology (HR Tech) solutions to Human Resources departments.
- MUST: Willingness and ability to travel extensively (up to 50% of the time) across Israel to meet clients in person.
- MUST: Native or fluent Hebrew is required for interacting with local clientele.
- MUST: Good working proficiency in English.
