Location: Tel Aviv / Modiin / Herzliya / Ra'anana Area (Hybrid – mix of in-person errands + some remote work)

About the Role

Looking for a job that's way more than "returning Amazon packages"?

This is it.

I'm the CEO of an international influencer marketing agency, and I'm looking for a personal assistant to be my right-hand in Israel — someone young, sharp, resourceful, and hungry to make things happen.

You'll help me with day-to-day personal and logistical tasks, but you'll also get access to experiences most assistants never do — from joining me at global conferences to stepping onto red carpet events in Israel.

This is the perfect role if you're ambitious, love solving problems, and want a front-row seat in the world of influencers, celebrities, and international business.

What You'll Do

• Run errands (returns, groceries, post office, picking up glasses, etc.)
• Handle logistics for home & office (deliveries, supplies, set-ups)
• Deal with government-related tasks (taxes, passport renewals, paperwork)
• Order food, tech, and other items as needed
• Provide light support with work tasks (files, follow-ups, basic research)
• Be flexible and available during the day for in-person or remote tasks

What I'm Looking For

• Fluent in both Hebrew & English
• Resourceful, proactive, and able to figure things out independently
• Positive, reliable, hardworking, and ambitious
• Based in the Tel Aviv / Modiin / Herzliya / Ra'anana area with flexibility to move around
• Driver's license a plus (not required)

Compensation

• Full-time role
• Salary expected to be 8, ,000 NIS/month depending on experience

• טיפול בסידורים אישיים (דואר, החזרות, קניות, הזמנות אוכל/טכנולוגיה)
• לוגיסטיקה – משלוחים, ציוד למשרד, סידורים לבית
• עזרה בענייני ממשלה (טפסים, מסים, דרכונים)
• תמיכה קלה במשימות עבודה (קבצים, פולואפים, חיפושים באינטרנט)
• ניידות וגמישות – חלק מהזמן במשרד/בית באזור המרכז, חלק מהזמן בשטח

• מגורים במרכז (ת״א / מודיעין / הרצליה / רעננה) עם יכולת לניידות
• רישיון נהיגה – יתרון

שכר

• משרה מלאה
• השכר הצפוי: ‎8,000 – 10,000 ₪ בחודש (תלוי ניסיון)
