The Role
We are looking for a scrappy and ambitious SDR to join as our first SDR. You'll work directly with the CEO, and get a unique chance to take part and impact the early GTM strategy in one of the hottest startups and fields in data infra.
We work in-person Sunday through Thursday in our TLV office. We don't currently offer remote or hybrid positions.
What you'll do:
- Build pipeline by targeting and engaging Director+ level executives at enterprise data-driven companies.
- Create compelling, tailored messaging that breaks through the noise and lands meetings.
- Engage with decision-makers via email, cold calls, and LinkedIn.
- Become our go-to Ryft evangelist - deeply understand what we do and why it matters to enterprise customers.
- Work closely with the CEO and iterate on messaging, and provide customer feedback back to product.
- Track and manage leads in our CRM.
You're a perfect fit if you have:
- Native English proficiency.
- 2+ years of sales experience in a fast-paced technical environment (Previous experience in early-stage startups is a plus).
- Track record of consistent top performance.
- Excellent outbound phone and email communication skills.
- Extremely flexible with an ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Experience prospecting into large technical enterprise organizations.
- Impeccable organizational skills with fine attention to detail.
- Knowledge of the data and analytics industry is a big plus.
- Experience with AI and productivity tools.
