About the role
We're looking for a driven and well-connected
Sales & Partnerships Manager
to grow our
publisher network
. This role focuses on building relationships with mobile game publishers, websites, and app developers, integrating Torox's offerwall solutions, and maximizing revenue potential.
You'll be responsible for identifying new publisher opportunities, closing deals, and ensuring long-term, mutually profitable relationships. You'll work closely with our product, account management, and demand teams to ensure seamless onboarding and ongoing success.
What you'll do
- Identify, approach, and close new publisher partnerships (mobile game studios, rewarded apps, websites).
- Negotiate commercial terms, contracts, and integration details.
- Manage and grow relationships with existing publisher partners, focusing on retention and revenue growth.
- Collaborate with the product team to optimize offerwall placement and performance.
- Work closely with the demand team to match publisher traffic with high-quality offers.
- Monitor performance metrics, identify opportunities for optimization, and present growth strategies.
- Represent Torox at industry events and conferences to expand your network.
What we're looking for
- 2+ years of experience in publisher sales, business development, or partnerships in the ad tech, gaming, or mobile monetization space.
- Strong network of contacts in mobile gaming or rewarded apps.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
- An analytical mindset with the ability to interpret performance data.
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluent English (other languages are a plus).
