Customer Service Manager

We are seeking a passionate and customer-centric Customer Success Specialist to join our team and provide exceptional support to our online customers in Israel and USA. As a Customer Success Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction, managing customer relationships, and driving sales growth. Native-level English and Hebrew proficiency is required.
Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, providing personalized support and guidance throughout their journey.
 - Respond promptly and effectively to customer inquiries and issues via email, phone, and social media channels.
 - Proactively identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell our products, maximizing customer value and driving sales growth.
 - Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to provide insights for product and service improvements.
 - Assist in e-commerce operations, including order management, inventory monitoring, and customer data management.
 - Utilize CRM systems to track customer interactions, analyze data, and identify opportunities for improvement.
 
Requirements:
- Native-level Hebrew and English proficiency with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
 - Passion for sales and providing exceptional customer service.
 - Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with customers and influencers.
 - Knowledge of fashion and technology trends with a keen eye for detail.
 - Familiarity with e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify) and CRM systems.
 - Highly organized with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
 - Comfortable working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
