Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales and Customer Service Representative located in Kfar Daniel. The Sales and Customer Service Representative will be responsible for handling customer service inquiries, providing exceptional customer support, ensuring customer satisfaction, and enhancing the overall customer experience. Day-to-day tasks include answering customer questions, processing orders, resolving complaints, and maintaining records of customer interactions and transactions. Ongoing management and maintenance of company websites, ensuring optimal functionality, speed, and user experience. Regular content updates: product uploads, images, pricing, and promotional campaigns

Qualifications

  • Fluent in Hebrew and English
  • Comfortable with backend website maintenance work
  • Customer Service, Customer Satisfaction, and Customer Experience skills
  • Proven experience as a Customer Service Representative
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to resolve customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions
  • Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
  • Experience in using customer service software and CRM systems is a plus
