One of my top clients, a fast-growing performance marketing company working with leading global brands, is hiring a Growth & Strategic Client Manager.

About the Role

This hybrid position combines account management, growth strategy, and hands-on performance marketing. The role involves owning strategic client relationships, driving measurable growth, and leading performance across large-scale digital campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and grow strategic client accounts and build long-term partnerships

Identify growth opportunities, including upsell and expansion within existing accounts

Oversee campaign performance across Meta, Google, TikTok, and Snapchat

Drive revenue growth through cross-sell, upsell, and upgrade opportunities

Collaborate with media, creative, and analytics teams to deliver data-driven strategies

Prepare and present performance reviews, growth roadmaps, and strategic recommendations

Participate in international conferences or client meetings when required

Act as a trusted advisor, combining strategic insight with hands-on performance expertise

Requirements

3+ years of experience in performance marketing, client management, or growth roles

Proven experience managing high-value global accounts with measurable results

Strong understanding of digital marketing channels: Meta, Google Ads, TikTok, Snapchat

Proficiency with analytics and attribution tools (Google Analytics, AppsFlyer, Adjust, etc.)

Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

Native-level English (written & spoken)
