What We're Looking For

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in online performance marketing / ad-tech – must have.
  • Fluent spoken and written English – must have.
  • Strong multitasking and prioritization skills; ability to switch between detail focus and big-picture view – must have.
  • Willingness to travel internationally for conferences – must have.
  • Advanced analytical skills; data-driven mindset; high proficiency in Microsoft Excel – must have.
  • Excellent communication skills: clear reporting, persuasive client interaction, and effective cross-team collaboration – must have.
  • Independent, self-motivated, decisive, and performance-driven.
  • Comfortable collaborating across global time zones.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain strong client and partner relationships.
  • Track record managing large, high-value customer portfolios.
  • Strong and effective negotiation skills.
  • Bachelor's degree – preferred.

 Position located in Israel; hiring domestically only.

  • Manage an eight-figure annual revenue portfolio with direct accountability for results.
  • Own partner relationships across commercial, financial, and marketing fronts, handling day-to-day execution.
  • Negotiate and optimize commercial terms backed by analytical data and performance metrics.
  • Identify and maximize revenue opportunities within existing partnerships through data analysis.
  • Work hands-on with internal teams and operations to deliver on partner needs.
  • Continuously monitor and analyze site performance, turning data into actionable improvements.
