Role Overview
We are seeking a Technical Customer Success Manager (CSM) to join our global team.
This role is at the intersection of customer advocacy, technical expertise, and business impact.
You will serve as the trusted advisor to our customers, ensuring they gain maximum value from ULTRA RED's platform, drive adoption, and translate technical insights into real business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for enterprise customers post-sale.
 - Onboard new clients and provide training to ensure smooth adoption of ULTRA RED's platform.
 - Collaborate with Sales Engineers, R&D, and Product to resolve technical issues and deliver tailored solutions.
 - Monitor customer usage and proactively recommend best practices.
 - Conduct periodic business reviews, aligning technical outcomes with customer goals.
 - Identify opportunities for upsell, expansion, and advocacy.
 - Serve as the customer's voice within ULTRA RED, influencing product roadmap and innovation.
 
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in Customer Success / Technical Account Management / Presales / Cybersecurity consulting.
 - Strong technical background in cybersecurity, SaaS, or IT infrastructure.
 - Ability to explain technical concepts to both technical and business stakeholders.
 - Excellent problem-solving skills and a customer-first mindset.
 - Strong communication skills in English
 - Experience with CTEM, ASM, CTI strong advantage.
