About the Role:

We are looking for someone with sales management experience, technical understanding, and the ability to build and lead a team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establishing and managing the company's sales department.
  • Managing the sales team (including hiring, mentoring, and leading towards targets).
  • Working with new and existing clients.
  • Developing value propositions and sales processes.
  • Building partnerships with external stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • 2-3 years of sales management experience – required.
  • Understanding of the tech world (SaaS / B2B) – an advantage.
  • Familiarity with the financial and insurance sectors – significant advantage.

Personal Skills:

  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to drive initiatives and think business-wise.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong leadership skills and ability to manage teams and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Ability to quickly adapt to a dynamic and changing environment.

Additional details:

  • Hybrid position (office located in Tel Aviv).
  • Includes meetings and travel with clients.
  • Reports directly to the CEO.
