Regional Sales Manager

Zafran is looking for an experienced and results-driven Regional Sales Manager to lead the sales function in the EMEA region, focusing on Israel as our first market in the region. This position will involve establishing sales processes, building a sales pipeline from the ground up, and driving revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales management, strategic thinking, and building high-performance sales teams.

What you will do- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve and exceed revenue goals across the EMEA region, with a focus on process development in Israel.
- Identify and prioritize key accounts, industries, and market segments for business development across EMEA, building a strong client base from the ground up.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with decision-makers and stakeholders within client organizations, positioning Zafran as a trusted security partner.
- Understand customer needs and align Zafran's solutions to address these effectively, establishing long-term client value.
- Lead engaging, customized presentations and proposals that effectively communicate the unique value of Zafran's platform.
- Own the entire sales process from lead generation through to closing, ensuring a growing sales pipeline that meets company goals
- Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., marketing, product, and customer success) to ensure seamless customer experiences and onboarding.
- Proven experience as a successful Regional Sales Manager or similar role with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets, ideally within [industry/sector].
- Deep understanding of complex sales cycles within the EMEA region and the ability to build new sales processes from scratch.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Results-oriented, with a demonstrated ability to drive revenue growth and expand market share.
- Ability to travel within the EMEA region as needed.
