The Opportunity
We are looking for a Sales Manager to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be a negotiator, detail-oriented, a multitasker, independent, and charismatic. This is an exciting opportunity to become a key part of a unique company in the coworking space scene. You will have the chance to manage the entire sales cycle, from generating leads to closing deals, while building relationships with clients and contributing to the rapid growth of the BE ALL community.
What You'll Do
Manage the Sales Cycle: Own the entire sales process—from identifying and qualifying leads to closing deals. Build a pipeline of high-value clients and close business opportunities effectively.
Lead Generation & Prospecting: Proactively generate new leads through various channels, including networking, referrals, and outreach efforts. Create and maintain a strong pipeline of opportunities.
Client Relationship Management: Develop and nurture long-term relationships with key decision-makers, especially C-level executives. Provide exceptional service and become a trusted advisor for your clients.
Negotiation & Deal Closing: Lead negotiations, submit quotes and offers, and close deals with a focus on value-driven solutions. Ensure that the client's needs are met while securing mutually beneficial agreements.
Achieve Sales Targets: Meet and exceed individual sales targets. Monitor performance, adjust strategies as necessary, and continuously optimize the sales process to maximize results.
Community Growth: Interact with existing clients and ensure that the BE ALL community is growing rapidly.
What We're Looking For
3+ years of proven experience in sales, with a focus on B2B sales, lead generation, and client relationship management.
Negotiation skills and experience submitting quotes and offers.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Exceptional communication skills—both verbal and written—along with strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
Fluent in Hebrew and English.
Organizational skills and attention to detail.
Charismatic, assertive, and a people person.
Bachelor's degree - significant advantage.
Experience in the startup ecosystem - significant advantage.
Familiarty with CRM systems and sales tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) - significant advantage.
