Join Our Team as a Site Relationship Manager
About this role
As part of our team you will working alongside passionate and innovative professionals to ensure our customers achieve their goals.
This role acts as the local liaison between the sponsor, CRO CRAs,and investigator sites to ensure clinical trials run smoothly. The SRM supportsmultiple indications across the full trial life cycle, with a strong focus on some key responsibilities.
Please, keep in mind that this is a part-time role dedicated to freelancers.
Responsibilities:
- Facilitating optimal trial set-up, execution, and quality
- Building and maintaining strong site relationships
- Supporting oversight activities between CROs and Sponsor teams
- Identifying and solving recruitment issues at the site
Qualifications:
- Experience working with autoimmune/rare diseases
- Working as a Site Relationship Manager or similar: creating relationships with sites and investigators, solving site issues such as recruitment or others, conducting monitoring oversight visits, direct contact with KOLs
- Strong track record of cross-functional collaboration (MSLs, CTMs, study start-up, partnership managers)
- Medical background is a big plus
