We're looking for a seasoned sales leader with deep experience in international defense markets and control systems.

In this role, you'll lead global sales of mission-critical C4I solutions, manage strategic deals end-to-end, and shape the future of our defense business worldwide.

What you'll do:

· Own the full sales cycle – from prospecting to closing and post-sale.

· Lead international business development and build long-term partnerships.

· Leverage your expertise in command & control (C4I) to drive complex defense deals.

· Collaborate with product and engineering to craft tailored technical solutions.

· Represent the company at global events and client meetings – frequent travel required.

What you bring:

5+ years of successful direct and channel sales to defense organizations abroad – must.

· Strong technical background –
must.

· Experience managing pricing proposals, complex negotiations, and multiple RFPs.

· Deep understanding of the defense procurement landscape and long-cycle sales.

· C4I systems knowledge – strong advantage.

· Program/Project Management background in defense – advantage.

· Fluent English – additional European language is a plus.

· MBA – advantage.
