As the Senior Talent Acquisition Partner
,
Maternity Leave cover for 6-9 months, you will take the lead on our global recruitment efforts, running the function end-to-end as a trusted partner to our business, shaping teams, culture, and growth. This is a hands-on role where you'll not only execute established strategies but also have the opportunity to optimize processes, drive innovation, and shape our hiring success. You'll own the full recruitment lifecycle across multiple regions, collaborate closely with hiring managers, and ensure we deliver an exceptional candidate experience every step of the way.

Responsibilities
- Drive and maintain our global hiring efforts across multiple regions.
- Lead recruitment campaigns and manage active candidate pipelines.
- Partner closely with hiring managers to understand and deliver on their hiring needs.
- Ensure every candidate enjoys a world-class experience with Justt.
- Leverage AI tools and HR analytics to create strategic insights and optimize processes.
- Champion and strengthen Justt's employer brand in key markets.
- Support urgent hiring needs while staying agile to shifting priorities.
- Track, analyze, and report on recruitment metrics to inform decision-making.
Requirments
- 5+ years of hands-on experience as a Talent Acquisition Partner in a global startup environment.
- Proven success leading full-cycle recruiting across multiple geographies.
- Experience hiring Go-To-Market talent in the US and/or UK -mandatory.
- Ability to quickly understand and adapt to existing processes, systems, and company culture.
- Strong execution skills, with the drive to keep momentum on multiple ongoing initiatives.
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written (English and Hebrew).
- Comfortable working independently while thriving in a highly collaborative, fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset.
- Curiosity and agility in learning new platforms, including generative AI tools.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
