From crafting messaging to managing conversations, we operate as an
external SDR team
for our clients – identifying prospects, handling objections, nurturing leads, and booking qualified sales meetings directly into sales reps' calendars.

smart, motivated SDR
to join our team and help B2B companies succeed on LinkedIn.
Responsibilities
- Manage LinkedIn outreach campaigns for multiple B2B clients simultaneously
- Write clear, personalized, and professional messages to decision-makers
- Handle objections, qualify interest, and guide conversations toward booked sales meetings
- Collaborate with internal strategy, content, and client-facing teams
- Work with advanced tools and systems: CRMs, templates, performance tracking
- Use LinkedIn (primarily Sales Navigator) to target the right people and drive engagement
- Stay organized while juggling multiple industries, accounts, and tasks in parallel
Requirements
- Professional-level Hebrew and English – especially written
- At least 1 year of experience in sales, customer service, or client communication
- Strong business writing skills, attention to detail, and clear communication
- Self-motivated, accountable, and comfortable working independently
- Familiarity with B2B environments and ability to understand client needs
- Tech-savvy and able to quickly learn new tools (LinkedIn, CRM platforms, etc.)

conversations toward concrete business outcomes.
