presales, customer success, technical delivery, and product innovation
. You'll work directly with security teams to
deploy our platform, build automation workflows, and ensure operational success
in real-world environments.

What you'll do
- Lead onboarding, deployment, and configuration processes for new customers
 - Design and implement automated triage & response workflows
 - Build tailored security automation playbooks for enterprise & MSSP use cases
 - Monitor and optimize customer environments for performance and security
 - Troubleshoot complex technical issues and collaborate with R&D, Product, and DevOps
 - Help customers align the platform to their SOC maturity & threat models
 - Partner with Product and R&D to enhance detection, automation, and architecture
 - Contribute to internal playbooks and delivery methodologies
 
What we're looking for
- 2+ years in technical support, professional services, or SOC/IR roles
 - Hands-on with cybersecurity tools, SIEM/SOAR, or threat detection systems
 - Strong Linux troubleshooting skills
 - Scripting knowledge (Bash, Python) & API experience
 - Experience building automation workflows for SOC/IR processes
 - Ability to translate detection & response use cases into implementation plans
 - Strong analytical skills to dissect alerts and event flows
 - Excellent communication skills in English (spoken & written)
 - Customer-facing experience, preferably in SaaS or cybersecurity
