If you love building systems, connecting tools, and shipping automations that move the needle — this role is for you.What you'll doAutomate the lead lifecycle: capture → enrich → qualify → route → nurture → bookBuild and maintain workflows in and n8n across marketing, sales, and product signalsSet up scraping/API jobs to enrich leads and detect buying intentImplement forms, pixels, and GTM events to pass clean data into CRM and analyticsDesign segmented, behavior-based email sequences that drive trial → paid conversionsBuild lightweight internal tools and webhook integrations using HTML, JS, and APIsCollaborate with Sales & CS to create automated playbooks and notificationsSupport growth campaigns, paid acquisition freelancers, and co-marketing projectsStack you'll work with, n8nHubSpot, Salesforce, PipedrivePostmark, SendGrid, BrevoGA4, Mixpanel, GTMScrapy, Puppeteer, PlaywrightStripe webhooksBasic HTML, CSS, JSYou'll nail this role if youHave 2+ years building real automations in or n8nCan read/write HTML/JS and work with REST APIs and webhooksKnow CRMs and email automation inside-out (objects, dedupe, sequences, deliverability)Have shipped scraping jobs responsibly and understand anti-bot mechanicsThink in systems, document well, and measure everythingBonus: lead scoring, LLM enrichment, Stripe events, regex/queues/retriesSuccess in 90 days30 days: Ship automation bundle saving 10+ hours/week60 days: Launch nurture sequence improving trial-to-paid by 20%90 days: Lead enrichment pipeline into CRM with
