Marketing Automation Lead

Tel Aviv (Hybrid) | Remote-friendly in EU & US time zones | Full-time

Shuffll is building the future of automated, presenter-led video creation. We're looking for a hands-on Marketing Automation Lead to own our growth stack end to end and turn manual funnels into scalable machines. If you love building systems, connecting tools, and shipping automations that move the needle — this role is for you.


What you'll do

Automate the lead lifecycle: capture → enrich → qualify → route → nurture → book

Build and maintain workflows in and n8n across marketing, sales, and product signals

Set up scraping/API jobs to enrich leads and detect buying intent

Implement forms, pixels, and GTM events to pass clean data into CRM and analytics

Design segmented, behavior-based email sequences that drive trial → paid conversions

Build lightweight internal tools and webhook integrations using HTML, JS, and APIs

Collaborate with Sales & CS to create automated playbooks and notifications

Support growth campaigns, paid acquisition freelancers, and co-marketing projects

You'll nail this role if you

Have 2+ years building real automations in or n8n

Can read/write HTML/JS and work with REST APIs and webhooks

Know CRMs and email automation inside-out (objects, dedupe, sequences, deliverability)

Have shipped scraping jobs responsibly and understand anti-bot mechanics

Think in systems, document well, and measure everything

Bonus: lead scoring, LLM enrichment, Stripe events, regex/queues/retries


Success in 90 days

30 days: Ship automation bundle saving 10+ hours/week

60 days: Launch nurture sequence improving trial-to-paid by 20%

90 days: Lead enrichment pipeline into CRM with
