AKA Foods is seeking a high-performing Account Executive to drive our B2B sales efforts in the food industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing deals, with a focus on the European market and some experience in the US. This role requires a hands-on approach and a proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the entire sales process, including lead generation, prospecting, sales presentations, and closing deals.
  • Conduct engaging product demonstrations and presentations to showcase our SaaS solutions' value and benefits.
  • Employ consultative selling techniques to understand customer needs and recommend tailored solutions.
  • Negotiate contracts and terms with prospects to maximize company revenue.
  • Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline, tracking leads and opportunities in our CRM system.
  • Cultivate strong, long-lasting relationships with clients, serving as a trusted advisor.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to improve product offerings and marketing strategies.
  • Analyze sales data to inform decision-making and strategy.
  • Travel twice per quarter to meet clients and attend industry events.
Requirements
  • Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets in B2B SaaS sales.
  • Extensive experience selling SaaS products to traditional industries, preferably in the food sector.
  • Expert knowledge of the European market, with some experience in the US market.
  • Strong data orientation and ability to leverage analytics for sales strategy.
  • Native English speaker, additional languages such as German, French or Spanish are preferred.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex sales cycles and close high-value deals.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and sales tools.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (preferred).
