Panda Trading Systems, a leader in high-performance trading technology for the online financial markets, is looking for an experienced
B2B Sales Manager
to join our team.
This is a full-time, on-site Sales Manager role based in Haifa.
In this role, you will drive Panda's growth by acquiring new brokerage clients, promoting our ecosystem of trading solutions, and managing the full sales cycle from outreach to onboarding.
Key Responsibilities
1. Strategic Sales & Pipeline Management
• Actively approach targeted brokerage clients via phone, email, LinkedIn, and events.
• Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities in the global fintech and online trading ecosystem.
• Present Panda's core products and value proposition to decision-makers.
2. Business Development & Market Expansion
• Locate and acquire new clients, brokerages, and regional partners.
• Represent Panda at major expos, roadshows, and industry events.
3. Client Relationship Management
• Maintain ongoing communication with prospects and clients throughout the entire sales and onboarding cycle.
• Collaborate with internal teams (Success, Support, Delivery, Product) to ensure smooth handover and strong client satisfaction.
4. Product Expertise & Solution Customization
• Demonstrate a strong understanding of Panda's technology stack and product ecosystem.
• Translate client requirements into tailored solutions and proposals.
Requirements
• 2–4+ years of B2B sales experience (fintech, trading technology, or SaaS preferred).
• Solid understanding of online trading platforms, brokerage operations, and financial markets.
• Proven track record in managing complex sales cycles and closing high-value deals.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to travel internationally for conferences and sales meetings.
• Strong English proficiency.
