RealPlay is currently developing a new and significant venture, and we are building the core team that will help lead it and shape its direction from day one.

We're looking for a Creative Lead to spearhead all creative development for a fast-growing new venture. This is a key role that bridges brand strategy with sharp, high-impact execution—someone who can take the brand language and translate it into visual assets that drive real results: users, conversions, and growth. This is an opportunity to own the aesthetics, storytelling, and performance, and to build a creative engine capable of delivering meaningful impact in a competitive, fast-moving market.

Responsibilities

  • Translate brand strategy into consistent, compelling visual execution across all user touchpoints.
  • Lead ad creative development to crack user acquisition, including concepts, scripts, video assets, and paid marketing creatives.
  • Manage and execute end-to-end commercial production for high-value consumer assets—from ideation to post-production.
  • Develop a scalable creative system and visual guidelines to support rapid experimentation.
  • Work closely with Product and Marketing to ensure creatives align with user psychology and core value propositions.
Requirements
  • 5+ years in performance-driven Creative (B2C/E-commerce).
  • Portfolio demonstrating direct UA and conversion impact.
  • Proven hands-on experience managing end-to-end large-scale commercial productions.
  • Expert in video editing, motion graphics, and mobile-first design.
  • Expert proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
