Job Description:

  • Provide
    global technical support
    to company customers (both
    pre-sale and post-sale
    ).
  • Deliver
    training sessions
    on company products and various projects for technical and engineering teams.
  • Collaborate with
    R&D teams
    (software developers, hardware engineers, and physicists) to define solutions and integrate them into the
    product roadmap
    .
  • Define
    next-generation features
    based on customer needs and field feedback.
  • Analyze
    applications and field reports
    , preparing both customer-facing and internal documentation.
  • Work closely with
    engineers and managers
    in Israel and abroad.
  • Conduct
    system tests during development phases
    .
  • Perform
    debugging, fault analysis, and issue resolution
    .
  • Operate
    simulators and testing environments
    .
  • Read and interpret
    technical documentation and specifications
    .

Requirements:

  • B.Sc. in Mechanical or Electronics Engineering
    or Practical Engineer with significant relevant experience
  • Background in
    mechanics, hardware, and optics
    .
  • Proven ability in
    troubleshooting and debugging
    complex systems.
  • Experience working with
    technical documentation
    .
  • Prior experience in a
    multidisciplinary, software-based systems company
    .
  • Experience in
    system engineering
    – an advantage.
  • High-level English
    – spoken and written.
  • Basic coding skills
    – an advantage.
