מתן שירות מרחוק לעובדי עיריית רמת גן לפתרון תקלות ומתן שירות בנושאים טכניים.

חניכה, מדידה ובקרה של הטכנאים במוקד.

אחריות על הטמעת תהליכים ונהלי עבודה.

ניהול מקצועי ואישי של צוות הטכנאים.

עבודה עם דוחות ומדדים.

עמידה ביעדי SLA ורמת שירות.

זמינות למשרה מלאה.

דרישות התפקיד:

  • ניסיון כטכנאי/ת בכי/ה או כר"צ מוקד - חובה
  • ניסיון בניהול צוות והנעת עובדים
  • הסמכה כטכנאי עם ניסיון של שנתיים לפחות בפתרון תקלות בסביבת AD של Microsoft
  • ניסיון בפתרון תקלות מחשוב, רשת, מדפסות, יישומים ותוכנה בארגון גדול
  • ראש גדול, חשיבה מחוץ לקופסא ויכולת עבודה טובה בריבוי משימות ותנאי לחץ
