We're looking for a
Customer Technical Support
Responsibilities
Providing service and support to business clients using a unique system, tailored to their individual needs
Handling simple and complex issues, providing initial technical solutions, and escalating to relevant parties when necessary
Training clients on system usage, including preparing professional materials and ongoing support
Responding professionally via email and phone, offering personalized and courteous service
Working in a technical environment with a focus on problem-solving and process improvement
Qualifications
High service orientation, excellent interpersonal skills, and assertiveness
Technical orientation and interest in software
Previous experience in technical support and/or customer training
Good computer skills, with emphasis on Excel
Ability to work independently, initiative, reliability, and responsibility
Degree in Information Systems / technical field – advantage but not required
Notes:
- Work takes place at the company offices in Kfar Yehoshua
