We're looking for a
Customer Technical Support

Responsibilities

  • Providing service and support to business clients using a unique system, tailored to their individual needs

  • Handling simple and complex issues, providing initial technical solutions, and escalating to relevant parties when necessary

  • Training clients on system usage, including preparing professional materials and ongoing support

  • Responding professionally via email and phone, offering personalized and courteous service

  • Working in a technical environment with a focus on problem-solving and process improvement

Qualifications

  • High service orientation, excellent interpersonal skills, and assertiveness

  • Technical orientation and interest in software

  • Previous experience in technical support and/or customer training

  • Good computer skills, with emphasis on Excel

  • Ability to work independently, initiative, reliability, and responsibility

  • Degree in Information Systems / technical field – advantage but not required

  • Work takes place at the company offices in Kfar Yehoshua
