We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Management Officer (PMO) to join our team. The PMO will be responsible for establishing and maintaining project management standards, monitoring project execution, and providing visibility and insights to stakeholders. This role serves as the backbone of our project portfolio, ensuring alignment with strategic goals, efficient resource utilization, and successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and maintain project management methodologies, standards, and processes.
  • Monitor the execution of projects across the organization, ensuring adherence to scope, timeline, budget, and quality.
  • Track project milestones, risks, dependencies, and resource allocation.
  • Prepare and deliver clear project dashboards, KPIs, and executive reports for management and stakeholders.
  • Provide guidance, tools, and best practices to project managers and cross-functional teams.
  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives in project management processes.
  • Support implementation and management of project portfolio management (PPM) tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira).

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Master's degree – an advantage.
  • Professional certifications such as PMP , or Agile/Scrum Master – a strong advantage.
  • 5+ years of proven experience as a PMO or in a project management support role.
  • Hands-on experience with project planning, monitoring, and reporting.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and BI reporting platforms.
  • Experience in technology/hi-tech companies – advantage.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, including the ability to work with senior leadership.
  • Ability to work in a matrix environment with multiple stakeholders.
  • High attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to prioritize effectively.
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and Office Suite.
  • Fluent English (written and spoken) – required.
