Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in the Tel Aviv District, Israel, for a Customer Success Manager. The Customer Success Manager will work closely with clients to ensure their satisfaction, foster long-term relationships, and drive product adoption and retention. The role includes analyzing customer data, identifying areas of improvement, and providing tailored solutions to meet client needs. The Manager will act as a trusted advisor, striving to deliver exceptional service and help MineOS clients achieve their goals.
Qualifications
- Skills in Customer Satisfaction, Customer Retention, and Relationship Building
- At least 5 years in a B2B high-touch customer success position
- Excellent Analytical Skills to assess customer needs and propose solutions
- Clear and effective written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively and independently in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with AI or privacy/cyber platforms is a plus
- A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field is preferred
