Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Customer Success Manager located in the Tel Aviv District, Israel. The Customer Success Manager will ensure customer satisfaction through effective communication, provide guidance on utilizing our services, and maintain strong customer relationships. Daily tasks include handling customer inquiries, conducting follow-ups, developing customer success plans, and collaborating with sales and marketing teams to improve customer experience.

Responsibilities

  • Manage, mentor, and professionally guide a team of 4 customer service and sales representatives.
  • Oversee the full customer experience and customer journey.
  • Manage product/device inventory and ensure full availability.
  • Improve service and sales processes in collaboration with other departments.
  • Conduct professional training for the team, including implementation of new procedures and tools.
  • Monitor team performance and ensure achievement of service and sales targets.
  • Handle complex customer issues.
  • Work with CRM systems and customer support tools.

Qualifications

  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Proven sales and marketing experience.
  • Excellent analytical skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain positive customer relationships.
  • Proficient with CRM software and familiarity with customer support tools.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Experience in the emergency management or rescue services industry is a plus.

מנהלת צוות שירות לקוחות ומכירות
תהיה אחראית על ניהול שוטף של צוות המונה 4 נציגים, והובלת תחום השירות והמכירה ללקוחות החברה. התפקיד כולל אחריות על חווית הלקוח, ליווי מסע הלקוח משלב ההצטרפות ועד סיום השירות, טיפול בפניות ותקלות, ותיאום בין מחלקות שונות (שיווק, פיתוח עסקי ועוד). בנוסף, התפקיד כולל ניהול מלאי של מוצרים/מכשירים והבטחת זמינות מלאה בהתאם לצורכי הלקוחות.

  • הכשרה מקצועית של הצוות, כולל הטמעת נהלים וכלים חדשים.
  • מעקב אחר ביצועי הצוות ועמידה ביעדים שירותיים ומכירתיים.
  • טיפול בבעיות מורכבות.
  • עבודה שוטפת עם מערכות CRM.
