As a Training Specialist, you will play a key role in curating and delivering high-quality training materials to our clients.

We are seeking an experienced Trainer who can design and deliver engaging face-to-face and remote sessions, utilizing their expertise in instructional design and presentation delivery.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in creating clear and concise learning content, as well as experience working with Product Managers and technical experts to develop comprehensive training programs.

This role requires a unique blend of instructional design skills, presentation delivery, and collaboration with stakeholders to create effective training solutions.

Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop training materials, including user guides, presentations, step-by-step tutorials, and supporting documentation">
  • Collaborate with Product Managers, technical experts, and other stakeholders to understand new product features and workflows">
  • Curate and maintain content to reflect ongoing product development, ensuring consistency, clarity, and high linguistic quality">
  • Lead training sessions for clients and internal teams, presenting complex information in a clear and engaging format">
  • Track participation, gather feedback, and analyze training effectiveness to suggest improvements">

Requirements:

  • ">
  • 3+ years experience in hands-on face-to-face and remote training instruction, with proven experience standing and delivering content in front of an audience">
  • Native-level written English with strong grammar skills">
  • Native or fluent spoken English">
  • Ability to translate complex technical topics into easy-to-understand language">
  • Proficiency in PowerPoint, Word, Google Slides, and LMS platforms">
  • Experience working with Product or R&D teams is a plus">
  • Excellent time management skills, attention to detail, self-learning ability, motivation, flexibility, and proactivity">
  • Willingness to travel extensively (up to 50%)">
