Role Description
This is a part-time (we're open for full-time), hybrid Customer Success Manager role located in Israel. You will be responsible for managing a vibrant team of high-quality CS representatives (all of our CS are pursuing their first or second degree in psychology or other equivalent profession). Our CS is based on textual WhatsApp API messaging and minimal phone call services.
The position includes some technical abilities, interpersonal excellence, and the passion to work in a fast-growing startup. NeuroBrave's most valuable asset is our customers, so we're looking for the right persona to co-lead our CS.
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a textual/call center customer success manager/team lead -
required - Proven skills in customer retention and relationship building
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills - managing remote employees
- Technical orientation and proficiency in computer systems
- Availability for at least 2.5 workdays per week
- Familiarity with AI-driven technologies and SaaS solutions is a plus
- Proficiency in English
- Students in psychology, social work, M.A. interns, or those pursuing advanced studies -
