HR & Administration Coordinator – Leading Marketing Company, Tel Aviv
We are looking for a hands-on, energetic, and reliable
HR & Administration Coordinator
to join our team in Tel Aviv. This is a key position combining
50% HR & recruitment
and
50% office management & administration
, serving as the link between the CEO and senior management in a dynamic company of 45 employees.
Responsibilities
- Manage daily office operations: suppliers, inventory, purchases, guest reception, and ensuring everything runs smoothly
- Support recruitment processes: posting jobs, scheduling interviews, coordinating onboarding and offboarding
- Manage executive calendars and coordinate meetings with senior managers
- Organize company welfare and social activities: fun days, events, and employee engagement initiatives
- Work closely with six senior managers and act as the central point of contact
Requirements
- Previous experience in administration and/or HR –
mandatory - Highly organized, service-oriented, and able to multitask
Positive, down-to-earth personality – no ego, willing to get things done
Availability for full-time, on-site role in Tel Aviv (09:00–18:00 or 08:00–17:00)
