KompanionAI is building the first fully autonomous sales agent that actually talks like a real human Sales representative. Think of it as your best sales rep cloned, tireless, and ready to cold call 100 leads a day with zero burnout.

We're working with B2B SaaS sales teams who use our platform to increase SDR capacity and improve lead quality.

We're officially expanding the KompanionAI team

Over the past months, KompanionAI has been moving fast: new clients, more product iterations, and a lot of interest from the market.

Customer Success Manager.
Someone who loves working with clients, improving processes, and helping teams get value from Voice-AI agents that actually work.

About the Job:

  • Work directly with clients (founders, sales leaders, SDR teams)
  • Set up, tune, and optimize their AI voice agents
  • Manage onboarding, training, and ongoing success
  • Analyze call data + insights to improve results
  • Collaborate with product + engineering to push new updates
  • Become the trusted point-of-contact for each customer

Job Requirements:

  • 2-4 years of hands-on experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or a similar client-facing role in B2B SaaS
  • Experience in onboarding clients, running kickoff calls, and guiding customers through setup and ongoing optimization
  • Strong analytical instincts and comfort working with data
  • Strong communication skills: the ability to explain technical concepts in a simple, confident, human way
  • Comfortable working in fast-paced early-stage environments where processes are still being built
  • Highly organized, able to manage multiple accounts, monitor performance, and keep follow-ups tight and on time
  • Bonus: background in sales processes, RevOps, call centers, or any experience with AI tools (ASR/TTS/LLMs)
  • Bonus: experience writing scripts, flows, or messaging for sales or support teams
  • A "team-first" mindset: someone who genuinely cares about customer outcomes and long-term retention
  • Not afraid to join before it's cool; wants to grow with a product that's evolving weekly
