Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Administrative Assistant Office Manager located in Kfar Saba. The responsibilities include managing day-to-day office operations, maintaining and operating office equipment, offering administrative support, and communicating with clients and team members. The role requires ensuring seamless office administration and providing quality customer service for external and internal stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to manage interactions effectively with colleagues, clients, and external partners.
- Proficiency in Administrative Assistance and Office Administration tasks, including scheduling, organizing meetings, and managing office supplies.
- Experience in handling and maintaining Office Equipment, ensuring smooth operational support.
- Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask efficiently.
- Proficiency in using office software and tools (e.g., Microsoft Office, email platforms).
- Previous experience as an administrative assistant or office manager is a plus.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while managing individual responsibilities effectively.
