We are seeking an experienced and motivated
Sales Manager
to lead the commercial activity of our
Electro-Optics (EO) Division
in the territories of
Israel and India
.

This role involves managing the full sales cycle, working directly with customers to define technical needs, crafting tailored system solutions in collaboration with the engineering team, and ensuring smooth delivery, support, and follow-up.

The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background combined with proven sales experience in multidisciplinary systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and develop customer relationships in the assigned territories (Israel and India)
  • Conduct customer visits (domestic and abroad) to present company capabilities and product offerings
  • Lead technical discussions to understand customer requirements and define compatible solutions
  • Collaborate with engineering to prepare system configurations aligned with customer needs
  • Present proposed solutions and pricing models, and prepare detailed technical and commercial proposals
  • Lead negotiations with technical teams and procurement departments
  • Handle purchase orders, enter and track them in the ERP system
  • Oversee project execution, including participation in design reviews and customer meetings
  • Monitor project costs and schedules; initiate financial or scheduling adjustments as needed
  • Support post-delivery processes including payment collection and coordination of system installation at customer sites
  • Conduct
    market research and business development
    to identify and pursue new opportunities

Mandatory Requirements:

  • B.Sc. or M.Sc. in Engineering
    (Electrical, Electronics, Optics, Physics or related field)
  • 5+ years of experience
    in technical sales of complex multidisciplinary systems
  • Experience working with industrial or high-tech clients
  • Proven ability to lead technical-commercial negotiations
  • Fluent English – both written and spoken (required for proposals, presentations, and meetings)
  • Experience working with Priority
