קבוצת דרייב מגייסת מנהל/ת מחלקת Help Desk מוכשר/ת ומנוסה להובלת צוות התמיכה הטכנית בארגון. התפקיד כולל אחריות כל ניהול צוות התמיכה, מתן שירות מקצועי, יעיל ואיכותי לכלל משתמשי הארגון החל מתמיכה יומיומית ועד לניהול פרויקטי תשתיות.

תחומי אחריות עיקריים:

ניהול צוות: ניהול מקצועי ואישי , הכוונה, הנחייה, פיקוח על עמידה ביעדים ותעדוף משימות.

תמיכה טכנית: מעקב אחר טיפול קריאות השירות, סיוע בפתרון תקלות מורכבות, תחזוקה שוטפת של חומרה וציוד קצה, מערכות הפעלה ותוכנות ארגוניות.

פרויקטים ותשתיות: ביצוע פרויקטים שוטפים, החל משדורגי תוכנה ועד להטמעת מערכות חדשות.

תפעול שוטף: בדיקת מערכות ושרתים, ניהול קשר עם ספקים וטיפול בצרכי רכש.

יושבים במרכז הבקרה של כביש 6 - מחלף נחשונים (ליד פתח תקווה/ראש העין)

השכלה רלוונטית - יתרון

MCITP/MCSE/טכנאי PC
