מה בתפקיד?

  • ניהול שוטף של מוקד התמיכה – טיפול בקריאות, תיעדוף משימות, בקרת SLA והפקת דוחות.
  • גיוס, הכשרה וניהול צוות Help Desk איכותי (כ-4 עובדים).
  • שיפור תהליכים, קידום אוטומציות והובלת פתרונות Self-Service חדשניים.
  • עבודה צמודה עם מחלקות IT, תשתיות ואבטחת מידע – כולל דיווח שוטף להנהלת מערכות מידע.
  • ממשק שוטף עם ספקים חיצוניים וניהול פעילות מולם.

מי יתאים לנו?

  • ניסיון של 3–5 שנים לפחות בניהול מוקד Help Desk או צוות תמיכה טכנית.
  • שליטה במערכות ניהול קריאות (כמו CA, ManageEngine או דומות).
  • ידע טכני מוכח במערכות Active Directory, Office 365 ותשתיות רשת.
  • היכרות עם מתודולוגיות ITIL ואבטחת מידע – יתרון משמעותי
  • יכולות ניהול והובלה, שירותיות גבוהה, חשיבה תהליכית ויכולת לעבוד בלחץ ובריבוי משימות.
