ב-MAX אנחנו מגייסים מנהל/ת תיקי לקוחות B2B להצטרף אלינו להובלת הפעילות העסקית, חיבורים עם שותפים אסטרטגיים וניהול לקוחות מקצה לקצה.
מי אנחנו?
תחום B2B ב- MAX, הפעילות העסקית שלנו. אנחנו מובילים את תחום המועדונים העסקיים ומייצרים חיבורים מסחריים בין קמעונאים, מועדונים ולקוחות עסקיים. התפקיד שלנו הוא לייצר ערך ממשי – בגיוס שותפים חדשים, ניהול תיקי לקוחות והרחבת הפעילות הקיימת.
העשייה כוללת פגישות שטח, ניתוח צרכים, הובלת מהלכים מסחריים מקצה לקצה והנעת ממשקים פנים-ארגוניים וחיצוניים. אנחנו פועלים בסביבה דינמית, עם עצמאות מלאה ויכולת אמיתית להשפיע על הכנסות ורווחיות.
מה אנחנו מחפשים?
אנחנו מחפשים מנהל/ת תיקי לקוחות B2B עם ניסיון במכירות שטח, חשיבה מסחרית מפותחת, ויכולות מוכחות בניהול קשרי לקוחות והנעת תהליכים.
נדרשת תקשורת בין-אישית גבוהה, עצמאות, בגרות אישית, הבנה פיננסית, יוזמה, אסרטיביות, יכולת ניהול מו"מ ותשוקה אמיתית לעבודה עם אנשים.
תואר ראשון – יתרון. זמינות למשרה מלאה, אינטנסיבית ודינמית.
