An exciting opportunity to join a leading company and play a key role in driving and closing groundbreaking real estate deals.

As part of the role, you will lead strategic initiatives, identify new opportunities, and turn ideas into successful transactions in the dynamic real estate market.

What will you do?

  • Identify and develop high-quality leads, spot potential deals, and drive them to successful closure.
  • Analyze balance and allocation tables to generate valuable business insights.
  • Source new projects through tenders and lead strategic GO/NO GO processes.
  • Manage the department's lead database to ensure accurate and efficient tracking.
  • Lead deals from opportunity to closing while maintaining and strengthening business relationships.

What are we looking for?

  • Proven experience in business development within the real estate sector –
    a must
    .
  • Strong ability to build collaborations with clients and brokers.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Significant advantage: background in real estate appraisal.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel.
  • Proactive, strategic thinker with the ability to drive complex business initiatives.
