We are seeking an experienced, highly professional, and results-driven individual with a strong background in collections and contract management within commercial real estate. This role requires a proactive, operationally oriented professional capable of handling a variety of financial and administrative responsibilities. While most of the work is local, the position requires the ability to collaborate with international stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • :Manage all aspects of rent, fees, and commissions related to commercial properties
  • .Set up and maintain lease contracts and partnership agreements in property management systems (SAP Business One preferred) throughout the contract lifecycle, including updates and amendments
  • .Oversee the collection process in collaboration with outsourced accounting firms, review daily bank transaction reports, and update tenant balances
  • .Communicate with tenants regarding rent charges, invoice clarifications, and inquiries, ensuring accuracy and professionalism
  • .Monitor property management company budgets and financial performance
  • .Serve as the main point of contact for clients and tenants, maintaining continuous coordination with their accounting departments
  • .Manage tenant guarantees, renewals, and ongoing contract compliance
  • .Prepare management reports, including aging debt reports, KPI tracking, and other operational dashboards

.Requirements

  • :Minimum of 3 years' experience in collections within commercial real estate
  • .Proven experience in a similar back-office or contract management role – required
  • .Proficiency in CRM and office systems; experience with SAP Business One preferred
  • .Advanced Excel skills
  • .Bookkeeping certification or strong accounting background – an advantage
  • .Ability to work independently, with high organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to meet deadlines
  • .Creativity and adaptability in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment
  • .Experience with yield-focused or shopping center real estate groups – an advantage
  • .Fluent in English
