Smart-Shooter is growing and looking for an experienced Sales and Contracts Manager.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Support the Regional Marketing Managers during the commercial process
  • Coordinate the entire Tender /bidding process to submit a winning, compliant, and deliverable proposal
  • Manage RFP/RFQ response process
  • Gather inputs from various teams: technical & operational, legal & compliance, commercial, and finance.
  • Ensure proposals are aligned with client requirements, Coordinate deadlines and submissions,
  • Post bid submission and contract award activity management
  • Support the project manager during the project life cycle
  • Ensure company's interests are met, both legally and financially.
  • Review, and manage contracts, Identify and mitigate legal & commercial risks
  • Support order changes and scope management
  • Ensure contractual obligations are met

Requirements
:

  • Experience in managing commercial and contractual negotiation processes in a defense sector company - Mandatory
  • Bachelor's degree in Economics / Business Administration / Law - MBA - Advantage
  • At least 3 years of experience in writing quotes/costing, managing commercial processes - mandatory
  • Ability to independently lead commercial processes – Mandatory
  • Experience working with overseas clients – mandatory
  • High level of English
