Sales and Contracts Manager

Smart-Shooter is growing and looking for an experienced Sales and Contracts Manager.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Support the Regional Marketing Managers during the commercial process
- Coordinate the entire Tender /bidding process to submit a winning, compliant, and deliverable proposal
- Manage RFP/RFQ response process
- Gather inputs from various teams: technical & operational, legal & compliance, commercial, and finance.
- Ensure proposals are aligned with client requirements, Coordinate deadlines and submissions,
- Post bid submission and contract award activity management
- Support the project manager during the project life cycle
- Ensure company's interests are met, both legally and financially.
- Review, and manage contracts, Identify and mitigate legal & commercial risks
- Support order changes and scope management
- Ensure contractual obligations are met

Requirements
:
- Experience in managing commercial and contractual negotiation processes in a defense sector company - Mandatory
- Bachelor's degree in Economics / Business Administration / Law - MBA - Advantage
- At least 3 years of experience in writing quotes/costing, managing commercial processes - mandatory
- Ability to independently lead commercial processes – Mandatory
- Experience working with overseas clients – mandatory
- High level of English
