Description

We're looking for a highly organized and people-oriented Personal Assistant to provide personalized support to our Executive team.

This role focuses on task tracking, coordination, and personal assistance.

Please note this in an On-site role from our TLV office

What you'll do:
  • Assist our CEO with personal and day-to-day needs
  • Track tasks and follow up on action items to ensure execution
  • Support executive team members with administrative and logistical tasks
  • Help coordinate personal errands and scheduling as needed
  • Maintain ongoing communication while ensuring discretion and confidentiality
  • Manage executive offsites in Israel and abroad
What we expect:
  • Ability to work full time in our TLV office (9 am to 18 pm)

    Flexibility to work beyond regular hours and be available on weekends if needed
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role
  • Excellent communication skills in both Hebrew and English (written and verbal)
  • Proficiency in office tools, such as Google Calendar and apps
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a dynamic environment
  • High level of professionalism, discretion, and work ethics
  • Positive, proactive, and service-oriented personality
