Helpdesk Technician

Location: Herzliya, Israel

About the Role

We're looking for a
Helpdesk Technician
to join our IT team and provide top-notch internal support for our employees.

In this role, you'll be the go-to person for solving technical issues, preparing and deploying PCs/laptops, configuring mobile devices, and ensuring smooth day-to-day IT operations across the company.

Your daily responsibilities will include:

Troubleshooting OS and application issues (Windows & more)

Configuring mobile devices (iOS, Android)

Preparing and deploying workstations & laptops for new employees

Supporting PC/Mac hardware, printers, and peripherals

Ensuring client connectivity (Ethernet, TCP/IP)

Requirements

Up to 2 years of experience in a similar role

Strong knowledge of
Windows 10/11 OS

Solid understanding of
PC hardware
and troubleshooting

Familiarity with
TCP/IP networking

Experience with
network equipment
(modems, routers)

Nice to Have

Knowledge of
Office 365

Experience with
Active Directory

Familiarity with
iOS & Linux systems
