We're looking for a Sales Director with a proven record of driving revenue, building strategic partnerships, and leading complex sales cycles in digital marketing. You act like an owner, thrive in dynamic environments, and find innovative ways to deliver extraordinary outcomes for both Humanz and our customers. You'll be responsible for selling Humanz's creator-led paid media solution.

You'll lead by example - building relationships with leading brands, uncovering their business challenges, and translating them into creative and data-backed solutions. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive client success and scale our presence across global markets.

Responsibilities

  • Own the full sales cycle: from prospecting and pitching to negotiation and close.
  • Develop strategic relationships with brands, and eCommerce companies across key markets.
  • Partner with internal teams (Creative Studio, Campaign Management, and Product) to deliver best-in-class solutions.
  • Identify growth opportunities and shape go-to-market strategies for new Humanz products.
  • Lead sales forecasting, pipeline management, and revenue reporting.
  • Represent Humanz at industry events, conferences, and thought leadership opportunities.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in sales of digital advertising solutions. .
  • Proven track record of exceeding revenue targets and building long-term client partnerships.
  • Strong understanding of media buying, UGC/creator campaigns, and social platforms (Meta, TikTok, YouTube, etc.).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset, passion for innovation, and ability to thrive in a fast-moving startup environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in building and managing a book of business, ensuring fulfillment of strategic goals, and developing commercial agreements.
  • Experience in educating advertisers on new digital marketing strategies.
  • Deep knowledge of the online advertising and performance marketing landscape.
  • Ability to excel in an ambiguous, fast-evolving team environment.
  • Consistent record of quota overachievement.

Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to provide comprehensive advertising solutions to prospective clients.
