Fast Corporation is a fast-growing B2B2C tech platform delivering a desktop-based App Store for global user acquisition, monetization, and publisher services. Our platform spans both B2B and B2C user experiences, helping partners scale and users discover apps seamlessly.

We are looking for an experienced and strategic
VP Marketing
to lead our User Acquisition efforts and take ownership of our growth across multiple platforms. You will manage our UA team based in Ukraine, drive performance at scale, and also establish and oversee the company's broader marketing function.

Responsibilities

  • Lead, mentor, and manage the UA team based in Ukraine.
  • Own the company's acquisition strategy across Facebook, TikTok, Taboola, Outbrain, Google, DSPs, and additional traffic sources.
  • Plan, launch, and optimize campaigns to drive installs, traffic, and revenue for PC products.
  • Build and refine funnels to maximize conversion rates, retention, and profitability.
  • Analyze performance data, identify growth opportunities, and implement ROI-driven strategies.
  • Explore new platforms, partnerships, and monetization avenues to scale acquisition.
  • Collaborate with product, analytics, and creative teams to align growth initiatives with business goals.
  • Lead the creation and development of the company's marketing function, including brand positioning, marketing processes, and future team growth.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience
    in user acquisition, PPC, performance marketing, or media buying.
  • Proven experience managing campaigns across multiple platforms (Facebook, TikTok, Taboola, Outbrain, Google, etc.).
  • Strong understanding of funnels, user journeys, and monetization models.
  • Experience leading or managing teams - must, preferably in distributed/remote setups.
  • Hands-on expertise with analytics and attribution platforms (AppsFlyer, Google Analytics, Adjust, etc.).
  • Experience in native advertising or software distribution - strong advantage.
  • Strategic, analytical, and highly data-driven.
  • Ability to operate independently, lead initiatives end-to-end, and build new functions within the organization.
