We are looking for a passionate and talented Customer Success Manager that will play an important role in helping the company reach new heights
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement data-driven strategies to maximize revenue opportunities and achieve campaign objectives
- Conduct comprehensive performance analysis of campaigns and products to:
- Identify potential business opportunities
- Ensure product stability and continuous improvement
- Collaborate closely with the internal tech team to:
- Rapidly resolve technical and campaign-related issues
- Streamline communication and problem-solving processes
- Manage and nurture client relationships through:
- Proactive communication
- Regular performance reviews
- Personalized account management
- Drive revenue growth by:
- Establishing and maintaining strong client partnerships
- Implementing innovative campaign improvements
- Consistently identifying upsell and expansion opportunities
- Provide technical support and guidance to advertisers during integration processes
- Develop and execute strategic account management plans
Requirements
Essential Qualifications
- Proven analytical and data analysis skills
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and data visualization tools
- Fluent English communication (written and verbal)
- Strong problem-solving abilities with:

- Excellent planning and organizational skills

Preferred Qualifications
- 1-2 years of experience in advertising technology
- Track record of managing and growing direct client accounts
