The Development & Process Lead is responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing organizational and technical processes to enable efficiency, scalability, and cross-team collaboration. This role bridges the gap between business needs and technical execution, ensuring that workflows, tools, and methodologies are aligned with company goals. The position requires both a strategic mindset and hands-on involvement in process design, implementation, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities
- Process Design & Optimization: Map existing workflows, identify inefficiencies, and implement streamlined processes.
- Implementation & Change Management: Drive adoption of new processes, tools, and methodologies across departments.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with R&D, Operations, HR, and IT teams to ensure organizational alignment.
- Tools & Systems Development: Define and implement supporting systems (e.g., Jira, Confluence) and automation tools to enhance productivity.
- Governance & Standards: Establish process standards, best practices, and KPIs to measure effectiveness.
- Training & Enablement: Provide guidance and training to teams to ensure smooth process adoption and long-term sustainability.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Electrical/Computer Engineering, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
- A Master's degree (MBA, Organizational Development, or Engineering Management) is an advantage.
- 5+ years of relevant experience in process design, implementation, and optimization in a HW-SW tech or high-growth environment with multiple discipline.
- Proven track record in managing cross-functional projects and leading organizational transformation initiatives.
- Experience with workflow tools and systems (Jira, Confluence, Asana, ERP/CRM systems, automation platforms).
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and modern development practices.
- Professional Certifications (advantageous but not mandatory):
- PMP (Project Management Professional) or PRINCE2.
- Agile / Scrum Master certification.
- Demonstrated ability to work with both technical teams (engineering, R&D, operations) and business functions.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
