Wiply is an AI-powered marketing platform that allows brands and agencies to launch interactive gamified experiences (advergames) that boost engagement, capture first-party data, and drive conversion.

We work with leading brands, agencies, and marketing teams - helping them turn campaigns into playable experiences consumers actually love.

We're expanding our presence in Israel and looking for a killer B2B Sales Manager to lead our local sales and client acquisition efforts.

Role Overview

We're looking for a hunter - someone who thrives on opening doors, generating opportunities, building relationships, and closing deals.

This is a full-cycle sales role:

  • Prospect
  • Book meetings
  • Demo
  • Propose
  • Negotiate

  • Maintain the relationship
  • Upsell

You will play a key role in Wiply's growth and eventually help support our transition into the US market.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, engage, and convert new B2B leads (brands, agencies, marketing teams)
  • Conduct discovery calls, platform demos, and product walkthroughs
  • Build a strong sales pipeline using CRM tools (HubSpot / similar)
  • Create proposals and negotiate pricing
  • Follow up consistently and push deals to close
  • Track KPIs, forecasting, and sales reports
  • Build long-term client relationships and ensure smooth onboarding
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and operations teams to execute deals
  • Represent Wiply in events, conferences, and demos

Requirements

Must-Have:

  • 3+ years experience in B2B sales
  • Proven track record in closing deals (not just generating leads)
  • Experience selling SaaS, MarTech, AdTech, media, or marketing services
  • Strong presentation & communication skills
  • Native-level Hebrew + strong English
  • Highly organized, results-oriented, "get things done" mentality
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment

Strong Advantage:

  • Experience working with marketing agencies or brand teams
  • Previous sales experience in adtech, creative tech, or consumer engagement solutions
  • Familiarity with CRM workflows
  • Existing network in marketing / digital / advertising in Israel
