About Simploud:

Simploud is a growing SaaS company helping Life Sciences teams manage quality, compliance, and lab operations.

The Role:

We're looking for someone with 1–2 years of experience to join our team and help support our customers and grow our product.

What You'll Do:

  • Turn customer needs into system designs and setups.
  • Support customers and help them get the most out of our platform.
  • Gather feedback and suggest ways to improve the product.
  • Run training sessions to help customers learn the system.
  • Work to improve customer satisfaction and retention.

What You Need:

  • Degree in Industrial, Biomedical, Biotechnology Engineering, or Information Systems.
  • Clear and simple communication skills.
  • Strong presentation and people skills.
  • Familiar with CRM systems and basic tech tools (HTML, XML, JSON).
  • Fluent English.
  • A self-starter who enjoys a fast-moving environment.

Location:

Near Hashalom train station, Tel Aviv.
