Regional Sales Manager

The company provides cybersecure and robust end-to-end solutions for drones and robotics. We design and sell cybersecurity, software, and hardware solutions for autonomous platforms.
The Regional Sales director will be based in Israel and will play a pivotal role in expanding company's presence in the European and Israeli markets. This is a hands-on position, requiring both strategic planning and active sales execution.
The role involves direct engagement with Tier 1 and Tier 2 Drone and Robotics manufacturers and integrators, as well as with end-users such as the European Armed Forces and IDF / Israeli Ministry of Defense (IMoD).
This position is based at the company's Israeli headquarters.
Main Responsibilities and Goals:
Identify, develop, qualify and close business in Europe and Israel
Driving sales process – from lead generation to closing deals, and everything in between
Proven record of closing large deals
B2B Sales Experience to large Defense Integrators as well as to smaller integrators
Analyzing the marketplace and building a winning strategy across multiple layers of the customer
Conduct an active and ongoing search for new potential opportunities
Conduct business negotiations to obtain and optimize new contracts
Reports to VP Sales Europe and Israel
Desired Skills & Experience
At least 3 years of sales experience to drones , UAV and robotics companies
At least 3 years of sales experience of electronic equipment and sub-system successfully integrated into System Integrator platform
Demonstrated success in selling payloads, video cameras, or datalinks to the drone and UGV markets, with in-depth knowledge of the drone ecosystem
Experience in closing B2B contracts with the large Israeli integrators (like Elbit, IAI, Rafael, IMoD)
Experience in closing B2B contracts with Drones manufacturers
Self-motivated, organized, focused competitive and goal-oriented
Fluent English (writing and speaking), Good written and verbal communication skills
Experience in wireless equipment sales – a major advantage
Experience in Cyber Security sales to the Drone eco-system – a major advantage
BSc in SW / E. Engineering and MBA degree – advantage

תחומי אחריות עיקריים:
• זיהוי והובלת הזדמנויות עסקיות חדשות בשווקים הייעודיים.
• ניהול תהליך מכירה מלא – החל מלידים ועד סגירת חוזים.
• פיתוח אסטרטגיות מכירה רב-שכבתיות מול לקוחות מגוונים.
• ניהול מו״מ, תמחור וחוזים מול לקוחות עסקיים.
• עבודה שוטפת מול אינטגרטורים ביטחוניים וחברות יצרניות.
דרישות התפקיד:
• לפחות 3 שנות ניסיון במכירות לחברות רחפנים, רובוטיקה או מערכות בלתי מאוישות.
• ניסיון במכירת תתי־מערכות/ציוד אלקטרוני המוטמעים בפלטפורמות אינטגרטוריות.
• רקורד מוכח בסגירת עסקאות עם גופים כמו אלביט, תע"א, רפאל, משהב"ט.
• ניסיון במכירת Payloads, מצלמות, Data Links או מערכות דומות – יתרון משמעותי.
• ניסיון במכירת פתרונות תקשורת אלחוטית – יתרון.
• ניסיון במכירת פתרונות סייבר לאקו־סיסטם של רחפנים – יתרון.
• תואר ראשון בהנדסת תוכנה/אלקטרוניקה – חובה | תואר שני במנהל עסקים – יתרון.
• אנגלית ברמה גבוהה מאוד (כתיבה ודיבור(
• יכולת עבודה עצמאית, יוזמה וחשיבה אסטרטגית לצד ביצוע.
