Sales Development Representative

The outbound team plays a central role in opening new doors and creating meaningful conversations with companies that can benefit from our platform. You will join an environment where the fundamentals are in place, the processes are already proving themselves, and the room for impact is significant.
What you will do
- Identify and engage new prospects across target accounts in order to create qualified opportunities
- Build and execute structured outreach sequences across calls, emails, LinkedIn and other creative channels
- Research companies and product teams to craft thoughtful, relevant, and personalised messaging
- Book high quality product demonstrations and hand over qualified prospects to the Account Executive team
- Use HubSpot, Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and similar tools to remain organised and efficient
- Share insights from your outreach in order to improve messaging, targeting, and conversion rates
- Take responsibility for meeting and exceeding monthly pipeline creation goals
What you need
- A minimum of two years of SDR or BDR experience in a B2B SaaS environment
- A proven ability to generate pipeline through outbound work with consistent results
- Strong verbal and written communication in English
- A curious and analytical mindset with the ability to understand signals, patterns, and intent
- A self-driven approach and the ability to work effectively in a fast-moving environment
- Comfort working in a hybrid setup with three days per week in our Ramat Gan office
- Flexibility to support US hours or Fridays when required
Bonus points
- Native level English
- Additional languages including German, French, or Spanish
- An interest in product management or prior exposure to product teams
- Experience in a startup or scale up environment
